Secure Deposits:

Access Secure Deposits™ by Access Corrections™ allows family members to deposit funds into an inmate’s account in the easiest, most efficient way available!

Now family and friends have the flexibility to deposit funds in more convenient ways, increasing spendable cash in the inmate’s account – affording greater inmate spending and return to the facility.

Secure Mail:

Access Corrections™ introduces Access Secure Mail™, the electronic mail service designed exclusively for the correctional market to eliminate contraband and facility time in processing traditional mail. Through the Access Secure Mail™ program, family and friends are able to send electronic mail to inmates. The mail is processed through our Data Detective™ investigative software, which identifies and reports key words and phrases. Once approved by the facility, the mail can be printed, sent for download to our digital music player or sent to our Edge™ kiosk for the inmate to retrieve.

The Access Secure Mail™ service couldn’t be easier to use. Users simply select the inmate by booking number or name, type the message and send! Family and friends not only love the convenience of the Access Secure Mail™ services—no stamps or driving to the post office —but the feature most important to them is the timeliness with which they can get a message to their loved one. While the U.S. mail can take up to five days, depending on location, Access Secure Mail™ messages arrive at the facility in real time for review and in most cases are approved and delivered to the inmate within 24 hours.



Secure Release:

Access Corrections™ has developed Access Secure Release™, the most innovative release card solution!

Stop releasing inmates with sensitive information such as bank account and routing numbers found on your facility’s release checks and eliminate handling, managing and reconciling cash. With Access Secure Release, you can simply load detainees' remaining balances onto pre-paid debit cards and send them on their way.

There are many benefits to Access Secure Release including:

• FREE ability to add money to the card at partner credit unions nationwide.
• The ability to remain debt free —the cardholder is only able to spend what’s on the card.
• 100% of the inmate's funds are transferred onto the card when they are released.                            



Secure Photo:

Access Corrections™ introduces Access Secure Photo™, giving family and friends the ability to send pictures to inmates electronically.

Through Access Secure Photo™, pictures can be sent to inmates electronically separate from Access Secure Mail™. This feature eases the concern of unapproved photo attachments being viewed with approved messages. Facility staff will realize time savings through the ability to review up to 36 photos at one time rather than clicking on each individual photo. Access Secure Photo™ also eliminates the possibility of contraband which can be hidden in traditional photographs and under stamps that are sent through the mail. Upon approval, photos can be printed, sent for download to our digital music player or sent to our inmate kiosk.

Access to Entertainment:

Access Corrections™ introduces the Access to Entertainment™ MP3 player and program, specifically designed and manufactured for greater safety and security in the correctional industry.

Each player comes programmed with the inmate’s DOC #, eliminating the necessity for engraving by the facility.  The player also has built in features to prevent and deter theft, including a termination feature which disables the functionality of the player if reported lost or stolen.

The program has over 5 million songs already in the player’s music catalog for the inmates to choose from, enabling the inmate to search and select songs without being connected to any device or kiosk.  For security purposes, the player is made of clear construction and does not have any moving or removable parts, recording devices, microphones or speakers.



Data Detective:

The only advanced software of its kind available to the corrections industry, Data Detective™ works in conjunction with Access Corrections™ technology services.

Data Detective™ is the most powerful investigative tool for identifying and connecting individuals on the outside who have interacted with multiple inmates.  Interaction includes our services such as deposits made through our Access Secure Deposits™ program, as well as electronic mail and pictures through our Access Secure Mail™ program.

The Data Detective™ software automatically identifies key words and phrases for review and investigative purposes.  Once a connection is made, the software will find and report any additional connections with other inmates and those on the outside.
